I planned to go to Cadiz for a few days and wanted to surprise a friend by taking them skydiving.  So I searched the internet and came across 'Luz Concierge'.  They were punctual, polite, professional ...... we received excellent treatment, with quality and trust.

I recommend them to everyone as you can forget about everything and the only thing you need to do is ENJOY!

“We found El Puerto de Santa Maria by accident in 2007 and fell in love with the place. In 2009 we were lucky enough to be able to buy a small apartment in the town and we love it! The only part of the whole experience that we didn’t love was dealing with the local Banks, Utilities, Town Hall, etc. where we really struggled to get things resolved due to a very limited ability with the Spanish language.

Then, in early 2010, we found Luz Concierge. Since then, when we have a problem, whatever that problem is, we know that we can turn to Debbie and Marcus who will get it sorted. They have helped us with some really awkward banking and utility problems as well as sorting out our local tax billing and payment. They also keep a close eye on the apartment and sort any repairs or renewals that are necessary.

Without Luz Concierge we would struggle to keep our lovely home in the sun (we may have even considered reluctantly giving in to too many battles that are too difficult to win without being local and without a good grasp of the language). However, with their assistance we can not only keep it, but keep it safe in the knowledge that we have somebody on hand who is very able to help us when we need it. (We have noticed that Debbie hides an ‘iron fist’ in her ‘silk glove’ and when she sets out to sort something - it gets sorted!)
